January Meet-up Recap

Our January meet-up/first meet-up of 2020 was a namaste & healthy eating courtesy of YogaMix Orlando and Yentl Lega of YOUnfolded.

We had a relaxing yoga session thanx to some CBD oil to start of the session 🙂 and our fantastic yoga teacher Jade Sanders. We enjoyed an hour of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation.

Afterwards we were treated to a healthy brunch thanx to Yentl. We enjoyed homemade hummus – delicious!-, Indian pita bread, a mocktail mimosa – Ginger Ale beer + water + orange juice, and more. We ate while networking among new #OrlandoBloggers.
