Since moving here he’s really grown to love the city, so much so that he’s even adopted the distinctive Miami accent – literally!

In addition to co-managing Mitch and Mel Take Miami and constantly on a quest to discover the ins and outs of Miami food scene, Mitchell spends his days as the Director of Public Relations and Communication for Four Seasons Resort Nevis, West Indies. Mitchell’s passion for adventure and exploration melds perfectly with these two roles as he’s traveling about the globe and trying some kind of new and different cuisine.
