Where are you from? 

I’m originally from Barranquilla, Colombia but I have been living in the United States for about 7 years. 

Why did you start blogging? 

I started blogging as a form of therapy. Yes! I was lost in many ways. I just had a  bad breakup with my ex -boyfriend at that time, and I was feeling like I was missing something. But also I grew up doing modeling for many years, and I have been in love with trends and the fashion market since I was a little girl. So it was a mix of so many emotions that I wanted to share! 

How long have you been blogging?

I have been blogging for about 2 years, I started this project and I’m so happy with the results, and all the support that the people have shown me.

How did you come up with the name of your blog? 

Well, all of my good friends and family call me Stephy. I’ve named my blog Stephy Daily as a lifestyle blog by me.

Blogger Fun Facts & Advice

1) Are you an introvert, extrovert, or an ambivert?

I’m definitely an ambivert LOL. I can be shy for some moments, but also can act very extroverted because I enjoy meeting new people and going on adventures.

2) How much time do you dedicate to your blog each week?

Whenever I have time. This is more like a balance because I have work, my daughter, the house, and family. Now I set myself to have a schedule so every Sunday I have a post for my followers. 

3) What is your favorite social media channel and which one do you put most of your focus on and why?

Social media it’s so important nowadays. I would definitely say I’m the most active on Instagram! I’m always posting pictures there, I just love how creative you can be. 

4) What is your favorite place to eat in Miami?

I don’t have a favorite place! But I love to go eat with friends, and try new things! I love love love the Matador room at the Edition Hotel (Miami Beach). The food and ambiance are special there. 

5) What place would you recommend a tourist to definitely not leave Miami without visiting?

If you like dancing and have a good time you have to go to Morenos. It’s a Cuban restaurant bar and they have live music. Great for some drinks! 

6) Are you usually on time or on “Miami time”?

Hahaha! I like to be on time, but things happen, you know? So, Miami time? Haha 

7) Where do you see yourself in the next 2 years as a blogger? (Question from Nadia)

I love this! Haha! The funny thing is that I feel like I am a baby blogger still, so I want to learn more. I want to travel, work with brands, and I want to inspire people out there. I want to start a YouTube community and I want to share all that I know. 

8) Who inspires you in your blogging journey? (Question from Nadia)

You know there are so many beautiful bloggers and so many histories to share. My best inspiration in this journey is my daughter. I’ve learned a lot with her by my side. You don’t have a manual of how to be a mom when you’re only 17. 

9) What do you enjoy more? Makeup or fashion blogging? And why? (Question from Nadia)

Easy! I love fashion blogging. I’m very good at makeup, but my passion for patterns and textures always wins.  ️

10) Share a small piece of advice for fellow bloggers.

Stay true to what sets your soul on fire. Just like be yourself. Enjoy the ride. There are not always going to be positive comments, but I always had the thought that you are the only one who puts limits in whatever you want to be or do. Be always kind to others. Life is a beautiful gift and the more you are grateful for it the more blessings you will see.
