Dawn Viola is a functional nutrition educator, executive chef, and owner of This Honest Food – a holistic teaching kitchen and kitchen retail store with a focus on healthy cooking, located in Clermont, FL.
After being diagnosed with multiple food allergies as an adult, she switched her career and focus to food to help those with autoimmune-related diseases get back on a path to better health through better food, using a functional nutrition and food-as-medicine approach to wellness.
The former Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts instructor has appeared on Fox News, Martha Stewart, Cooking with Emeril, and most recently Food Network, where she won the grand prize on their latest cooking show, Cooks vs. Cons.
