The Blogger Union is excited to add its newest chapter, the South Florida Mom Bloggers!

There has been a serious increase of mom bloggers and influencers in South Florida, which means more opportunities for us to grow and learn together!

The goal of the South Florida Mom Bloggers is to encourage connection between fellow mom bloggers through educational workshops, networking events, and collaborative projects.

This exclusive chapter will operate in two divisions, English and Spanish lead by Paula Zelaya and Nicky Dawkins. Members are welcome to participate in activities from both divisions! All blog niches are welcome, but it is required that you are a parent to become a member the South Florida Mom Bloggers chapter.

November 11th, 2017 we will host our first South Florida Mom Bloggers meetup at Book & Books in Coral Gables. This will be a causal, fun event where we can all get to know each other and learn more about what you can expect from being a part of the South Florida Mom Bloggers!

Gracias al crecimiento de la comunidad de madres blogueras en el sur de la Florida, The BLogger Union ha creado el departamento de “Moms”

Un comité dirigido a madres con una sección en inglés y una en español.
La idea es unirnos, educarnos con talleres de capacitaciones y hacer networking entre blogueras con los mismos objetivos.

El próximo 11 de noviembre nos reuniremos por primera vez en Books and Books de Coral Gables, para conocernos, presentarles todo lo que los South Florida Bloggers tienen para orfecerles y contarles sobre los futuros eventos para nuestra comunidad.

About the Chapter Officers:

Nicky Dawkins is the creative director and founder of HypeGirls LLC. She is an established entrepreneur, journalist and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience. Nicky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Florida International University and a Master’s of Science Degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Nicky started her blog in 2012, but after becoming pregnant with her first child in 2014, she decided to focus her brand on millennial motherhood and feminine health. She is currently a full-time mommy blogger and influencer and has worked with a variety of women’s and children’s brands. Her ultimate goal is help other mothers balance their bodies, babies and their business while making money from home.

Paula Zelaya es productora de television y eventos, presentadora, fundadora de Zetta’s Productions, y creadora de la plataforma digital www.miamommy.com. Paula estudió producción de television y ha trabajado en el medio desde el 2004. Unos meses después del nacimiento de su tercera hija en el 2016, decidió empezar una nueva aventura con “Mia Mommy The blog,” una plataforma digital en español dedicada a madres.

En su blog, Paula comparte consejos y tips prácticos para el hogar y ese balance que todas las mamás buscan encontrar entre ser mujeres, trabajadoras, madres y demás. La idea principal de su plataforma es conectarse de una manera orgánica y real com mujeres como ella, dejando un mensaje positivo y consejos para siempre salir adelante.
